Samsung will gradually the internal and external memory on different devices replaced with UFS. The faster memory is according to Samsung especially useful for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Galaxy S6 is presumably a qHD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels instead of the full hd screen 1920 x 1080 pixels from the Galaxy S5.
