Step 2 : Select "Privacy" or "Backup and Reset" (whatever option is there in your mobile)

Step 3 : Choose "Factory Data Reset" then "Reset Phone" and "Erase Everything"



Option 2
Its the secret code method and may not work on some versions on Android

Step 1 : Open the dial pad of your mobile (where you make phone calls)

Rooting a cell phone is really easy,here are all the steps you need to follow to get your cell phone rooted:

1. search on the internet for the specified root file for your cell phone
2. move the downloaded file out of the download file to the home directory of your sd card (not in the device memory otherwise it wont appear in the next step)
3. turn off your cell phone
4. press the volume up button+home button+on/off button until you enter the recovery mode (you can not use touch in it, you can only use the volume button and the home button or in some cell phones on/off button)
5. select "apply update from sd card" then choose the file that you downloaded
6. reboot your device by selecting reboot device 
7. if u find an app called super user this means your device is rooted
