The South Korean company Samsung has already started work in which they shall be his lower-middle for next year range smartphones 2015. First we met about a new Galaxy E range, which seems to contain midrange phones such as the recently leaked Samsung Galaxy E7, and this time the protagonist is another new smartphone simple: the Samsung Galaxy J1.

The Samsung Galaxy J1 is a mobile with very modest features, virtually input range, which has appeared leaked on the net revealing much of their technical specifications.

According filtration revealed by the US website SamMobile, the Samsung Galaxy J1 will be presented with a screen of 4.3 inches to reach a resolution of WVGA type, ie a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The processor will be neither a Qualcomm nor MediaTek, but talking about a Marvell processor (model PXDA1908) quad core to reach a clock speed of 1.2 GHz besides being compatible with 64-bits-technology.

The RAM apparently integrate the Samsung Galaxy J1 will have a capacity of 1 GB. The internal storage space will be expandable via an external microSD card type, something to keep in mind knowing that the internal memory of this mobile is established in the 4 gigabytes. The Galaxy J1 will not be a smartphone focused on the multimedia aspect, and therefore the main camera shy comes with a five megapixel sensor, while the front camera host a two-megapixel sensor.

The most curious features of the Samsung Galaxy J1 is that this terminal will come with 4G LTE connectivity, which means that will be compatible with mobile networks ultra-fast Internet that achieve a download speed of up to 150 Mbps. the operating system installed in series correspond to Android, but not in its latest version of Lollipop, but in the version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. All backed by a battery with 1850 mAh capacity.

To give us an idea of the possible design of the Samsung Galaxy J1 just let’s take a look at your measurements: 129 x 68 x 8.9 mm, which shows us that we are talking about a smartphone that has almost the same size as the Samsung Galaxy Core (129.3 x 67.6 x 8.95 mm) which was submitted to the middle of last year.

By the time the filing date of Samsung Galaxy J1 is unknown. What does seem clear is that during the next year 2015 will see a major change in the names of the most affordable smartphones Samsung: instead of be called Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Core or Galaxy Express, now these terminals will have denominations with a letter and a number, see for example the case of this new Galaxy J1. The reason? Apparently a drop in sales has forced the South Korean company to streamline its portfolio of phones.
