A robbery suspect in the custody of the Abia State Police Command, identified as Uche Udoma has claimed that he went into robbery to raise money to pay his sons hospital bill.
Udoma, who also claimed to be a car panel beater, said he had not found job to do for a long time, adding that when he needed money to take his son to hospital, there was no option but robbery to raise the money.

He confessed to newsmen that, "Im a car panel beater and I have not done any job for some time now, even when my son became sick and was hospitalised and I needed some money to pay his bill.
"That was what led me into stealing. I broke into my neighbours house and stole her Plasma television, but I was caught in the act and the television set was collected back from me."
The operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit attached to the Umuahia Central Police Station apprehended Udoma when they responded to a distress call from one Dr. Chioma Okoli, whose house was burgled by the suspect at Amakama Housing Estate in Umuahia.
Upon his arrest one Plasma television among other house hold effects were recovered from him.
The Abia State Commissioner of Police, Adeleye Oyebade, confirmed the arrest of the suspect.
He stated that his arrest was in line with the proactive measures introduced by the state police command, which was targeted at catching and arresting criminals in the act.

Twixtor Pro Features

Object separation. Support for foreground and background separation using a specified matte. Twixtor then tracks each layer separately for improved results. This feature uses proprietary filling and tracking techniques when working on the background layer even when it is obscured by the foreground! Support for up to 3 foreground layers.

 Track Point Guidance. Up to 12 user-defined points can be specified to help guide Twixtor�s motion estimation. By using the tracking points you can explicitly tell Twixtor where a pixel moves from one frame to the next in order to guide Twixtor�s calculation of motion vectors. You can set the position of each point at each frame by hand, but more importantly, In After Effects and combustion these points can be positioned from frame-to-frame using the host application�s point-tracking features.

Spline Guidance. When Twixtor exhibits tracking problems, you can guide Twixtor by simply creating and animating shapes to show Twixtor where objects are actually moving. Interactive feature registration is directed through the host program�s drawing and roto tools (splines and polylines), not through a grid of mesh points! As such, there is no new interface to learn! This feature only available within After Effects 5.0 (and later) and combustion 3.0 (and later).

Motion Vector Import. Give Twixtor motion vectors generated elsewhere (like from a 3D system) to time remap footage, including adding motion-interpolated fields to otherwise progressive material. Only supported in apps that work in 16bpc or higher.

Motion Vectors Export. You can now output the motion vectors that Twixtor generates internally. This powerful feature comes with visual debugging modes to more intuitively assess and tune the quality of the motion estimation. The motion vectors can then be used elsewhere in the pipeline (including the Twixtor plugin that imports motion vectors). Only supported in apps that work in 16bpc or higher.

What�s new in version 6.0.4? 

-Fixes a bug in Premiere Pro CC 7.0.1 and later where changing the in point can reference incorrect frames in the source material. This is actually a bug introduced by Premiere Pro CC, and in order to workaround this bug, we have removed the option to select Color Source Video track (and you can only retime using the clip or sequence that Twixtor is directly applied to). Projects that are saved in CS6 referencing another video track as Color Source than the current one where the effect is applied will not work properly.
-added in v6.0.3: Fixes some crashing bugs in certain situations when using GPU mode. Crashing bugs were particularly seen in the Macintosh version.
 -added in v6.0.3: Fixes incorrect results in certain situations in Twixtor Pro when using GPU mode.
-added in v6.0.3: support for Intel HD 4000 and Intel HD 5000 graphics GPUs on Macintosh OS 10.9. Intel graphics still not supported on Windows.
